DESCRIPTION

This project is an exercise in designing a filmfest. A set of products and services and its visual language was developed then applied keeping in mind the essence of the movies showcased in the event.

CONCEPT

Nicolas Winding Refn was the chosen director for this project. His movies commonly involved awkward silences with stabs of ultra violence. Images were derived from stills from the movie then fractured to evoke the juxtaposition of beauty and violence in the movies.
